To activate the Spiritual Gifts within the believer, to empower the believer to live the victorious life that God has ordained for them, and to impact our city as well as the world by advancing the Kingdom of God.

Introducing Christ to a world who doesn’t know Him. Enhancing the quality of people’s lives through the concepts of Christ. Reaching those that are in need in our local community and throughout the world.

World Fellowship Christian Center is a Christian, interdenominational church founded by John W. Voner, Senior Pastor. On September 4, 2005 Pastor Voner and four official members celebrated their first Sunday Celebration. The first service was held at a local hotel on 72nd and Grover Street. The church then celebrated its services for the following 3 weeks in a gym at the Paralyzed Veterans of America Center. The church would then move to its third location at the Westside Community Conference Center in north western Omaha, for the following six months. By the leading of the Lord and due to growth, the church acquired a location that seated approximately 150 people at 7350 Maple street. Within a few months God grew World Fellowship into a multi-ethnic multi-cultural, spirit led, dynamic, and progressive church.

On November 20th, 2008 World Fellowship purchased its first property for Kingdom expansion located at 3020 Huntington Ave. The current location sits on over 25,000 square feet of property and accommodates a multi level facility with over 48,000 square feet of operating space. It houses our main sanctuary, a small chapel that seats 150, an administrative wing, a basket ball gym, food & clothing pantry, recreation/game room, soul food restaurant (under construction), and a state of the art child development center (under construction). World Fellowship also operates a community development corporation (WFCM inc.), that deal with economic empowerment, youth development, and community enhancement. This facility is a testament of God’s favor over Pastor Voner’s vision for Kingdom ministry.

The church’s foundation is built on the Word of God, the Five Fold Ministry, and most of all the Spirit of Love. Everyone who comes to World Fellowship will partake in a Worship Experience where the Holy Spirit is welcome, and the Gifts of the Spirit freely move. We believe at World Fellowship, that it is not about RELIGION, but its about a RELATIONSHIP with Christ. We welcome you to come and visit us at any one of our services. As we often say “Come as you are!”, and know that World Fellowship is always home to you. We love you very much.
